The AT&T Sales Associate guides households through cell phone selections, wireless device options, AT&T Fiber eligibility, and bundled plan savings, ensuring every recommendation is accurate and compliant.
As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will complete certification on AT&T's products. You will provide direct guidance to customers on cell phones and internet plans. The AT&T Sales Associate will answer questions, verify details, explain benefits, and oversee activations, maintaining professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate
- Engage residential customers through structured sales by providing clear guidance on AT&T cell phones, wireless devices, internet services, and bundled solutions.
- Showcase product features and connectivity benefits to help households make informed decisions about devices, rate plans, and bundled services.
- Troubleshoot service concerns and technical issues using AT&T systems and workflows, delivering timely resolutions that reinforce customer loyalty.
- Process activations, upgrades, and service enrollments with precision, ensuring CRM documentation, compliance standards, and AT&T’s operational protocols are met.
- Collaborate with supervisors and sales teams to refine residential sales strategies, share insights, and improve overall performance across AT&T outreach initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Associate
- Experience in customer support, retail, or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to explain AT&T’s wireless plans, 5G devices, and internet solutions, resolve service concerns, and build customer trust.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
AT&T Sales Associate Overview:
This position is a full time employment position.* This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a in-person *role with customers.
- Pay: 100% commission - $100-$300 per scale. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless and internet services
