Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects.
- Perform framing, trim carpentry, siding, door hanging, cabinet installation, and fixture installation with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, roofing, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration tasks.
- Support remodeling projects by installing flooring, tiles, drywall, metal studs, and performing general carpentry repairs.
- Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required on construction sites while maintaining safety protocols such as power tool safety procedures.
- Interpret construction plans and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing equipment, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques.
- Experience in various construction disciplines including framing (wood and metal), masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and tile laying.
- Familiarity with restoration industry practices such as mold remediation and water damage restoration.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety standards; knowledge of power tool safety is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics and technical plans accurately.
- Prior construction site experience with a focus on safety compliance and quality workmanship is highly valued.

Pay: $24.17 - $29.11 per hour
