Caregivers provide hands-on support to clients in their homes, helping them with daily activities, safety, and comfort. This role follows a detailed care plan for each client and focuses on delivering reliable, respectful, high-quality care.
Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Support safe mobility and transfers
Give medication reminders (no medication handling)
Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and basic safety checks
Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement
Escort clients to appointments or outings as listed in the care plan
Report any changes in condition to your supervisor or RN
Protect client privacy (HIPAA)
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Complete orientation, annual training, and Nurse Guided Care education
