MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEE.---Homeowner's Association has immediate full time position for an experienced maintenance person. Duties include general maintenance, grounds maintenance, light plumbing and electrical, vehicle/equipment maintenance, snowplowing, pool maintenance, roadwork, etc. The community has 26 miles of roads, two swimming pools, three lakes w/beaches and Basketball/Tennis courts. Snow Removal is a High Priority in the winter and requires overtime when needed. You may be called in at any time to perform snow removal in the community
