We are seeking a friendly and organized Medical Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will work in our medical office and assist our patients and other visitors. Your primary job duties will include greeting and checking in patients, answering questions, You will also help keep our records and work areas clean and organized, as well as ensure our office provides a welcoming environment for our patients.This position is ideal for an individual within 10 miles of the office.
Medical Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare rooms and ensure supplies are ready, ordering more when necessary
- Assist in procedures and examinations
- Take and record patient vitals
- Administer vaccinations.
- Blood draws.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment, and medications.
