Day Shift employees are required to be available to work between 11:00 to 3:00. Actual scheduled hours
will vary. We have shifts available to work just through the lunch rush or shifts that work through the lunch and stay until the night crew comes in. Opening cook comes in at 9 or 9:30 and the second cook comes in at 11:00.
