Our Oshkosh client is a growing plastics manufacturing company looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join their team as Machine Operator Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a skilled trade through hands-on training and advance into a Machine Operator role.

Schedule

Night Shift 6pm - 6am
*
12-hour shifts
*
2-2-3 schedule
*
Every other weekend off
What You'll Do
*
Assist machine operators with daily production activities
*
Learn machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting through on-the-job training
*
Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
*
Follow safety procedures and company standards
*
Work closely with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
*
Manufacturing and/or machine operator experience preferred
*
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
*
Strong attention to detail
*
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
*
Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
*
Ability to lift, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
