We are looking for an Associate Buyer – Co-Manufacturing to support procurement execution and coordination with external manufacturing partners. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials and finished goods flow seamlessly to meet production and customer demand.

Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility connected to our corporate headquarters.
Our operations include:
- On-site bakery producing best-in-class crusts
- Robotic packaging systems
- 24-hour shipping and receiving
This role will be fully onsite for the first 90 days to support onboarding, training, and cross-functional integration. After that period, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule, working 2 days per week in the office.
- Execute and manage purchase orders for finished goods, ingredients, and packaging
- Track orders, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate closely with co-manufacturing partners on production and shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate data within ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve issues such as shortages, delays, and invoice discrepancies
- Partner with Supply Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate procurement documentation
- Support continuous improvement in procurement processes
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in food manufacturing or CPG environment (preferred)
- Exposure to co-manufacturing or contract manufacturing (a plus)
- ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
