What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and warm leads.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team.
- Build rapport and create engaging conversations with homeowners.
- Confidently overcome objections and keep conversations moving forward.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, and appointments.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Contribute to a high-energy, winning team culture.

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week
- Starting pay of $20/hour
- Performance bonuses for appointments set and results achieved
- Top performers regularly earn the equivalent of $50+/hour
- Paid training and onboarding provided
