We are seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance and repairs across residential properties in the Greensboro area. This role involves completing work orders efficiently, performing hands-on repairs, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.

Complete assigned work orders and small projects in a timely manner

Perform general maintenance and repairs, including:

Drywall patching and repairs

Minor plumbing (fixtures, leaks, toilets)

Minor electrical (fixtures, outlets – no license required)

Interior and exterior painting
-
Basic carpentry (doors, hardware, minor repairs)

Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Coordinate with Field Operations Managers as needed

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

Assist with common area upkeep and occasional daytime emergency response

Self-starter

Sedicated to continual quality improvement

Ability to multitask

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Adhere to safety practices/ QSHA guidelines

Ability to plan and manage projects under the direction of Field Maintenance Operator

Occasionally upgrade skill set to meeting changing job conditions

Carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance.
