About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll help us make the supplies that potters love — mixing glazes, assembling tools, packing orders, and keeping our workspace running smoothly. No experience needed—we'll teach you everything. What matters most is that you're reliable, easy to work with, and don't mind getting your hands dirty.
We keep our team small and our culture positive. If you bring good energy and treat people well, you'll fit right in.
What We Offer
- Starting wage: $19/hour
- Regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Paid time off: 10 days per year, plus 6 paid national holidays
- Opportunity for extra hours: Once trained, you may work independently if desired
