Position Overview: As a Mobile Service Technician, you are the off‑site face of our dealership—combining strong technical capability with exceptional customer service to deliver premium service directly to our clients’ homes or workplaces. You’ll conduct multi-point inspections, perform minor maintenance, complete software updates and select recall repairs, and clearly communicate vehicle needs in a positive, consultative manner.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the face of the dealership during all off-site service visits

Clearly explain inspection findings, maintenance recommendations, and next steps

Deliver an exceptional customer experience focused on trust and transparency

Maintain consistent communication with service advisors and dispatch

Perform mobile multi-point inspections

Provide minor maintenance services

Perform software updates and select recall repairs as authorized
