In this role, you aren’t just keeping our facility spotless—you are creating a safe, welcoming, and cheerful home for our residents.
What You’ll Do
- Laundry Operations: Promptly collect, wash, dry, fold, and sort resident and facility laundry with care and attention to detail.
- Environmental Upkeep: Clean, wash, polish, sanitize, and disinfect resident rooms and common areas, including furnishings, floors, windows, and bathrooms.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all infection control guidelines, use proper disinfecting procedures, and maintain safe, hazard-free work areas.
- Resident Connection: Treat every resident with warmth, kindness, and absolute respect while honoring their privacy and rights.
What We’re Looking For
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
- Skills: Working knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, strong attention to detail, and a stellar work ethic.
- Customer Service: A compassionate, friendly approach when interacting with residents and staff.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, reach, bend, twist, and carry without restrictions.

- Job Type: Full-Time (Day/Evening Split with Every Other Weekend)
- Shift: 8-hour shift, Day/Evening
