Fenton Mobility is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is a vital link between our customers and our operations, managing the complete lifecycle of a sale from initial prospecting through to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with professionalism.

Order Management: Accurately process customer and website orders into our system, ensuring all specifications and data are correctly logged.

Production Coordination: Act as a liaison between manufacturing and shipping departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on time.

Sales Growth: Conduct customer prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Post-Sale Support: Manage the "full circle" of customer care, including handling quality claims, processing returns, and resolving delivery issues.

System Integrity: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all interactions and sales stages within the CRM.
QualificationsSkills

Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a major plus.
