Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- CNA : 6 Months Full-Time Recent Hospital with EPIC Experience
- LPN or RN : 12 Months Full-Time Recent Hospital with EPIC Experience
- Current OK CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Certification or OK or Multi-state LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure Required
- Current CPR Certification Required
- We accept existing Physicals, TB Skin Tests, MMR & Varicella Immunization Records
