Compensation:
$150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents
- Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home
- Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
- Schedule and present our proven listing presentation to sellers, and present their homes' key features and our unique selling proposition

Provide and present accurate property price estimates and evaluations

Respond to all provided seller leads promptly and regularly

Manage all seller communication through our CRM

Maintain contact with sellers who have a timeline longer than 3 months

Maintain contact with our digital marketing specialists and transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction and closing

Exhibit the highest standards of honesty and integrity

Actively promote yourself and our team on social media

Qualifications:-
Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential

- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
