Client Service Representative (Veterinary Clinic)
We are a busy, compassionate small-animal veterinary clinic looking for a motivated, personable, and dependable Client Service Representative to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love animals, and enjoy building relationships with clients, we’d love to meet you.
As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while helping our team provide exceptional care.
What you’ll do:
- Answer and manage multi-line phones
- Schedule appointments efficiently
- Check in patients and gather accurate information
- Process patient discharges and payments
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, services, and patient needs
- Support the veterinary team in keeping daily operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and genuine compassion for both clients and their pets
- Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Veterinary or medical office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
