- Assist customers with ordering, payment, and basic customer service;
- Prepare fruit and dessert products;
- Restock products and maintain an organized and clean store environment;
- Assist with receiving deliveries and other daily store operations;
- Follow company standards for opening and closing procedures.
2. Work Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work at least 3–4 days per week; candidates who can work 5 days per week are preferred;
- Must be available for some weekend shifts;
- Must be able to work on a stable, long-term basis;
- Must be flexible with scheduling, including morning, mid-day, and closing shifts;
- Additional schedule flexibility may be required during holidays and busy periods.
3. Sample Shifts
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM–1:30 PM, approximately 4.5 hours
- Mid-Day Shift: 1:15 PM–5:45 PM, approximately 4.5 hours
- Closing Shift: 5:30 PM–10:20 PM, approximately 5 hours
Actual working hours may be adjusted based on store operating needs and employee scheduling
.4. Basic Qualifications
- Responsible, punctual, reliable, and attentive to work;
- Able to communicate proactively with customers and coworkers;
- Able to follow company SOPs for product preparation, restocking, and cleaning;
- Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced store environment;
- Previous restaurant, retail, or cashier experience is preferred;
- Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
5. Training and Probationary PeriodNew employees will receive job-related training after hiring.
- The first two weeks will be the training period;
- After completing training, employees will enter a three-month probationary evaluation period;
- The company will evaluate each employee based on learning ability, attitude, attendance, teamwork, and overall job performance to determine continued employment and future shift assignments.
Pay: From $18.70 per hour
