Job position description:
This single position job classification has responsibility for planning, developing, managing, and supervising the functions and operations of Project Sanctuary’s residential services for victims of domestic violence and/or sexual abuse. The Director of Residential Services provides direct services to residents in our 13-bed congregate, confidentially located emergency shelter (safe house); provides crisis response via the hotline and/or in community settings; and is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Shelter Client Advocates, the Weekend/Relief/On-call staff, and the Transitional Housing Case Manager.
Salary & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried, management position. Salary is based on credentials, experience and qualifications and within an established range (Grade E) starting at $70,304 annually. Project Sanctuary offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision care, sick leave, vacation, and 14 paid holidays.
