Duties:
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2-year of auto body collision repair experience required.
- Experience using frame and measuring equipment.
- History of working independently and in a team environment.
- Highly organized, able to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
- Perform auto body repairs and restoration on vehicles
- Repair and replace damaged parts, including auto glass
- Conduct automotive repair tasks such as welding, sanding, and painting
- Utilize airless paint spraying equipment to achieve high-quality finishes
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in the automotive industry
- Proficient in auto estimating and assessing repair needs
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and tools
-Experience with 3 Dimensional Measuring system.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role
- Familiarity with auto painting techniques and color matching
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
Note: Certification or training in auto body repair is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
