Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Firepit Grille. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring that guests enjoy their dining experience. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to quality food and sincere service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or in the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus.
- Reliable, dependable, no call offs.
- Works well with others.

- Stay updated on beverage trends and seasonal ingredients to enhance cocktail offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
