Position: Landscape Crew Member Responsibilities
- Landscape installation and maintenance
- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Mulching, edging, and garden bed maintenance
- Lawn care and seasonal cleanups
- Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Assisting with hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Maintaining a clean and organized worksite
- Providing excellent service and professionalism on every job
Qualifications
- Landscaping or construction experience is preferred but not required. We're willing to train the right person.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well with a team and follow directions.
- Valid driver's license
Hours and Compensation:
-Seasonal (Until Sept 30) with potential to stay on longer
-Full Time: 30-40 hours per week
- Compensation $17.00- $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
