Growing Family Law Firm in Newport Beach is looking for a Paralegal to work in a friendly and collegial environment. This is a full-time in-person position and requires the ability to handle a full caseload.
This position will include duties such as drafting correspondence, discovery, pleadings, maintaining attorney calendars, analyzing information and working closely with clients.
The right applicant will have a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved school. The candidate must also have the ability to organize, prioritize and work well under deadlines. In addition, attention to detail, self-motivation, multi-tasking, problem-solving skills and communication skills are a must.
The candidate must have experience with Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Essential Forms, Smokeball, and Xspouse are a plus. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Family Law Paralegal experience.
