Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
No prior experience in AI is required—your expertise with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite is what matters most.
You'll help improve AI models by creating realistic business scenarios, evaluating AI-generated Office documents, and providing expert feedback on complex Excel, Word, and PowerPoint tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design realistic business scenarios requiring advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word based on professional experience.
- Interact with AI models through structured conversations involving complex Office document tasks.
- Create, review, and evaluate Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx), and PowerPoint (.pptx) files.
- Compare multiple AI-generated solutions, select the strongest output, and provide detailed feedback.
- Document preferences and recommendations to improve AI performance, accuracy, and business relevance.
- Contribute expertise across different business functions and industries to ensure diverse real-world training scenarios.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to support continuous AI model improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in Fortune 500 or similarly complex business environments.
- Advanced expertise building complex Excel models, reports, dashboards, analyses, and presentations.
- Professional experience in roles such as:
- Private Equity Associate
- Investment Banking Analyst
- Management Consultant
- FP&A Analyst
- HR Professional
- Marketing Strategist
- Or similar business-focused positions
- Experience supporting business functions including strategy, operations, finance, sales, marketing, or HR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate nuanced differences in document quality and business value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with LLMs or AI tools.
- Experience writing detailed prompts or evaluating AI-generated content.
- Background supporting complex business projects across industries such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail.
Start Timeline & Availability

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
