Cruitfly is a temporary staffing and recruitment company providing workforce on the fly in a “fly” environment! We excel in providing skilled construction workforce to construction and communication infrastructure companies throughout the Midwest and Southeast United States and we are looking to continue our growth. Primary Functions:
- Calendar and appointment management
- Email and communication management
- Monitor, triage, and respond to emails on behalf of the President
- Client engagement and sales support
- Attend client visits and meetings alongside sales/management as needed
- General Office Administration
- Answering Phone Calls
- Upload documents
- Participate in weekly meetings
Education:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) (Required)
- Associate's Degree (Preferred)
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
- Staffing industry experience (Preferred)
- Eager to learn and tenacious
- Organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
