The Farmer's Daughter is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
We're a busy, chef-owned brunch restaurant focused on seasonal ingredients, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, leading from the floor, and being part of a hands-on management team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading daily service and supporting the team throughout the shift
- Building relationships with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Training and developing servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- Supporting scheduling, staffing, and daily operations
- Maintaining service standards and ensuring smooth execution during busy brunch services
- Helping create a positive and accountable team culture
- Working alongside ownership and leadership to continuously improve the guest experience
The Right Candidate
- Has restaurant management experience
- Enjoys coaching and developing employees
- Leads with positivity, professionalism, and accountability
- Is comfortable making decisions and solving problems in real time
- Understands that hospitality starts with taking care of both guests and team members
- Is available to work weekends
