Position Summary
Glasgow EPB is seeking a detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support customer outreach and scheduling efforts. This position serves as an important point of contact for customers by coordinating appointments, confirming schedules, answering general questions, and ensuring appointment information is accurately documented for internal teams.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, enjoys communicating with people, and is comfortable working independently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate appointment calendars and customer records.
- Respond professionally to inbound and outbound communications.
- Verify customer information before confirming appointments.
- Coordinate scheduling with appropriate internal departments.
- Update appointment details and customer notes in company systems.
- Provide courteous assistance with general scheduling inquiries.
- Follow established communication and documentation procedures.
- Meet daily scheduling and quality objectives while maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service, scheduling, administrative, or call center experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and web-based applications.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
