- Helping patrons select food and beverages by suggesting courses, understanding and explaining the menu and the chefs specialties, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering any food related questions.
- Transmitting said orders to bar and kitchen in a timely manner while making sure any dietary restrictions or requests are met.
- Providing customers with a great experience, by having a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Protects the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Maintaining table settings by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills, requests or any other special needs.
- Must be able to do correct charges, accepting payments, and correct counts.
