Rooster Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Registered Nurse to join a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in Bennington, VT as a Unit Manager for a Subacute / High-Dependency Unit.

Active RN License We help with reciprocity
Minimum 1 years of Long-Term Care experience
Prior leadership or management experience preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team as an RN Registered Nurse
Oversee and coordinate care for all residents on the unit
Conduct weekly wound and skin rounds
Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs)
Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain high standards of care as an RN Registered Nurse
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
