Job Overview:
Successful Real Estate Investment/Development Company in Palm Beach, Florida with 30+ years of sustainable growth, is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of 30+ multifamily properties (3000 + units) including Market rate, Tax Credit & HAP projects throughout the states of Florida and Georgia. We are looking for a competent and dependable person with proven abilities to improve the cash flow and value of each site. A person must have a sense of urgency and accountability.
This person will work very closely with the Ownership group and the respective Management Companies of the properties and provide asset management services including but not limited to following:
- Monthly Property Status Reports
- Quarterly Budget Review Summaries
- Monthly Cash Needs Reports
- Occupancy Reports & Financial Summaries
- Quarterly Physical Inspection Reports
- Medium and long-term strategies for properties
- Insurance renewal
- Claim management
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Proven abilities to improve cash flow and value of each site.
- Yardi accounting Software experience
- Be very proficient with excel and other software typically utilized in this role.
- Capable of working with a 3rd party management company and Ownership Group on a senior level.
- Able to prepare reports and analysis of various types and details as required for these types of communities.
- Have a thorough understanding of the laws and compliance rules with LIHTC & HAP properties and the various programs that are offered.
- Be able to travel as required by the position.
- Be able to review, analyze and understand a Balance Sheet and the various loan structures associated with LIHTC properties.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Monday to Friday full time from Palm Beach Gardens office. Weekend availability.
