Duties:
- Effective management of all accounting processes and procedures.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the analyzing, journalizing, posting, summarizing, adjusting, correcting, organizing, closing, and finalizing of financial data.
- Responsible for all bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable and reconciliation.
- Coordinate and prepare financial statements for all entities.
- Oversee regulatory reporting including compliance.
- Manage HR, Payroll, and related taxes.
- Implement a corporate budget.
- Manage expenses.
- Oversee and manage all banking relationships.
- Handle all state and city entity filings including annual LLC taxes.
- Management of legal probate accountings and coordination with relevant third parties.
- Management of insurance payments, insurance claims, audits, and mortgages.
- Management and coordination of income, property, and other taxes with accountants, attorneys, CPAs, etc…
- Manage the property tax protest process including gathering and organizing evidence, negotiating via informal protests, and preparing for formal protests as necessary.
- Conduct pro forma and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate project feasibility and guide decisions on asset retention or disposal.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
- 5+ Years of relevant Controller experience.
- Extensive experience with AppFolio and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

- Salary range includes project-based bonuses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
