Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to support each child's development and address any concerns.
- Monitor children's progress and behavior management while providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience that aligns with early intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and any incidents that may occur during class.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
