Position Overview
Freedom Law Group is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our Consumer Debt Enrollment Department.
The representative will speak with prospective clients experiencing financial hardship, review their unsecured debt, explain the available program, and guide qualified clients through the enrollment process. This is a performance-driven position with a monthly base and tiered commission structure based on cleared enrolled debt from the previous month.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
- Review the client’s debts, income, expenses, and financial hardship
- Explain the consumer debt program clearly and accurately
- Determine whether the client meets enrollment requirements
- Guide qualified clients through the enrollment process
- Collect required documents and information
- Obtain signed agreements and payment authorizations
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate notes and activity in the CRM
- Meet monthly enrollment and production goals
- Follow all approved scripts, disclosures, and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Sales, Debt resolution or financial-services experience is required
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Excellent telephone communication
- Professional, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable discussing financial hardship
- Able to work in a performance-based environment
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Compensation and Growth
The position offers a $1,500 monthly base plus commissions based on qualified cleared debt from the previous month.
Higher production qualifies representatives for increased commission percentages. Additional advancement opportunities may include Senior Sales Representative, Team Lead, and Sales Manager.
