The Camp Sage Instructor will be responsible for preparing curriculum and instructional course material to teach a session for Camp Sage. The Camp Sage Instructor will ensure the campers' well-being and make their camp experience as fun and rewarding as possible. A Camp Sage Instructor models the School’s core values and inspires campers to a culture that reflects the School's mission.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

Teach a Camp Sage session using their area of expertise

Develop an approved curriculum for Camp Sage

Provide overall supervision and general safety of campers

Ensure campers are engaged and enjoying their camp experience

Serve as leader and role model for youth

Know where campers are at all times

Complete mandatory training as needed

All other duties as assigned by Director of Summer at Sage

High school diploma, 4-year degree preferred
-
General knowledge of their area of expertise

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to work with middle school aged youth
