Production Associate
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift Schedules available
- M-F 2AM to 10:30 AM
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines.
- Perform material handling, including loading, lifting, and stacking up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with mixing, packaging, and distribution of stucco-based products.
- Follow production schedules and maintain workflow to meet deadlines.
- Comply with all workplace safety procedures, including respirator use (provided by the client).
- Support general housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical aptitude; comfortable with machinery, power tools, and forklifts.
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. consistently.
- Dependable and willing to work overtime as required.
- Previous industrial or warehouse experience a plus but not required.
- Must pass standard background and drug screening.
- Forklift operating experience is a plus
Respiratory Protection Requirement
- This position requires the use of a respirator for the majority of each shift. Employees must be able to wear and safely use respiratory protective equipment in accordance with OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910.134).
- To ensure proper respirator fit and seal, employees may be required to be clean-shaven where the respirator seals against the face.
- Candidates may be required successfully pass respirator fit test prior to assignment, and must maintain compliance with ongoing respirator use requirements
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and manual handling of parts.
- Ability to work in an environment with dust and machinery noise while wearing PPE.
