The Role
The Landscape Maintenance Field Supervisor is a leadership position responsible for managing landscape maintenance crews, overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality work, and helping employees succeed.
You'll work closely with Crew Leaders and field employees to make sure properties are maintained safely, efficiently, and to the standards our customers expect. You'll spend time in the field supporting your teams, solving problems, inspecting work, and helping keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage Daily Operations
- Plan and coordinate daily crew schedules
- Ensure crews have the labor, equipment, and materials needed to succeed
- Monitor production and help crews stay on schedule
- Adjust plans as weather, customer needs, and priorities change
Lead and Develop Crews
- Support, coach, and develop Crew Leaders and field employees
- Help crews solve problems and overcome challenges in the field
- Train employees on proper landscape maintenance practices and safety procedures
- Build strong teams that take pride in their work
Maintain Quality Standards
- Inspect properties regularly to ensure work meets company standards
- Identify issues before customers notice them
- Work with crews to correct deficiencies and improve performance
- Help maintain beautiful landscapes that make a positive impression
Support Customers
- Work alongside Account Managers to ensure customer expectations are met
- Assist in resolving property concerns and service issues
- Build strong relationships through consistent service and communication
Promote Safety
- Lead by example and maintain a strong safety culture
- Conduct safety meetings and jobsite inspections
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and properly
- Help keep employees safe while performing their work
Who We're Looking For
This role is best suited for someone who has spent a minimum of 5 or more years in the landscaping industry, enjoys field operations, leading people, and takes pride in delivering quality work.

Experience
- 5+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience preferred
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing crews, foremen, or field operations
- Strong knowledge of mowing, pruning, bed maintenance, irrigation, seasonal color, and general landscape maintenance practices
- Experience scheduling labor, equipment, and daily production activities
- Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple crews and priorities simultaneously
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
