Seeking experienced, bilingual ( English/ Spanish) detailed-oriented dispatcher to join our team. Competitive pay and health insurance package. Pay is based on Experience.
_*Primary Duties:*_
Schedule service and satisfy customer requirements for service changes. Ensure that service is completed in accordance with current company policies.
Dispatch calls to routes based on designated route and driver location.
Ensure collaboration with other departments, acknowledging roles and responsibilities for resolving service matters.
Interacts with customers, customer service representatives, sales department, and other operational staff.
Processes incoming calls and emails from customers.
Regulates and resolves possible delivery and pickup problems prior to resulting in service issues.
Documents information from drivers and allocates to appropriate departments.
Must be able to communicate efficiently and professionally by email, text, and telephone.
_*Abilities, Skills and Proficiencies:*_
Must be able to speak Spanish and English fluently
Completion of high school. College/ Trade School courses or diploma would be an added benefit.
2+ years in a transportation dispatch role is strongly preferred
Strong communication and social skills.
Knowledge of industry an added benefit.
Required to work extended hours including occasional weekends.
