Your day as a Sales Associate starts when the doors open and customers walk in; some need quick counter assistance, while others require hydraulic hose assemblies built precisely to their specifications. You'll capture details, process quotes and orders swiftly, and keep conversations moving with customers and vendors on the phone. You'll verify supplier purchase orders, doublechecking quantities, pricing, and delivery dates, and sync with the sales team to coordinate delivery times. Throughout the day, you'll keep customer files and contracts organized, maintain customer accounts, and process returns and credits efficiently. You'll spot opportunities for suggestive selling that truly help, support our quality and continuous improvement goals, and pitch in with additional duties that keep the operation running smoothly.

18+ years of age

Intermediate computer skills (Word and Excel)

Typing 35+ wpm with accuracy

Ability to safely lift 30 pounds

Applied math competency, including percentages, decimals, and fractions

Manufacturing experience is a plus
