As an Automotive Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving store performance, team development, and sales growth. You’ll support daily operations while helping lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and strong sales results.

- Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service
- Drive sales performance through coaching, customer engagement, and execution of sales strategies
- Assist in leading, motivating, and developing service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Help achieve and exceed store sales goals, key performance metrics, and profitability targets
- Support customer interactions by building trust, resolving concerns, and promoting recommended services
- Coach team members on sales techniques, customer experience, and operational best practices
- Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity to ensure smooth shop operations
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Review inspections, service recommendations, and estimates to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong communication with team members, leadership, and customers
- Support additional duties as assigned to drive overall store success
- 3+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience in automotive retail or service operations preferred
- Strong background in automotive sales, customer service, and team leadership
- Proven ability to drive sales results and coach teams toward performance goals
- Understanding of automotive maintenance, repairs, tire services, and shop operations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with POS systems, digital inspections, and shop management software preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and support day-to-day operational needs
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
