Preconstruction Business Development Manager – Architectural Millwork & Casework

We are a growing commercial architectural woodworking company specializing in custom casework, millwork, wall paneling, and specialty wood products for healthcare, education, corporate interiors, hospitality, and commercial construction projects throughout Texas.
What You'll Do:
- Develop relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, and owners.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
- Lead project pursuits from concept through contract award.
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams.
- Position the company as the partner of choice for architectural millwork and casework.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in architectural millwork, casework, commercial construction, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of construction documents and estimating processes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate and close business opportunities.

Expected Compensation:
Base Salary: $85,000–$120,000
Performance Bonus: $60,000.00–$100,000+
Vehicle Allowance: $875/month
Target Compensation: $145,000–$220,000+
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
