Job Summary

Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in our computerized system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes and diverse customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer support or client services role is preferred.
- Familiarity with call center operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (bilingual/multilingual) are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone.
- Experience with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual performance standards.
