We're a fast-growing window and door installation company looking for an experienced Office Manager / Financial Administrator to take ownership of our office operations and help drive the next stage of our growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations
- Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and maintain financial records
- Prepare reports and assist with budgeting
- Coordinate scheduling and office communications
- Handle customer service and client follow-up
- Support sales and installation teams with administrative tasks
- Help improve office systems and business processes
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing an office and company finances
- Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Positive attitude with a desire to help build a successful company

Pay: $18.00 - $31.20 per hour
