American Roofing & Exteriors is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Consultant / Project Manager to help homeowners improve and protect their biggest investment. If you enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and seeing projects through from start to finish, this is an opportunity to earn an exceptional income while making a real difference for local families.
No two days are the same. You'll generate leads, meet with homeowners, inspect properties, create estimates, manage projects, and ensure every customer has a five-star experience.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and exterior remodeling needs.
- Educate customers on products, repair options, and insurance claims when applicable.
- Generate accurate estimates and present solutions that fit the customer's needs and budget.
- Close sales and manage projects from contract to completion.
- Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and office staff to keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the project.
- Build referral relationships and generate new business through networking and community involvement.
- Represent American Roofing & Exteriors with professionalism and integrity.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience is preferred but not required—we can teach the right person.
- Roofing/Construction experience is a plus but not required - we will train you.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections (training provided).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow personally and professionally.
