Position Overview
We're hiring a Full-Time Operations & Fulfillment Associate to join our collaborative team. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in quality, attention to detail, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision and care
- Prepare and ship orders to customers
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Assist with jewelry product preparation and quality checks
- Design and assemble custom thank-you gifts for customer packages
- Assist with t-shirt and hat printing and fulfillment
- Maintain organized, efficient workflows in our fulfillment space
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, supportive environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for presentation and aesthetics
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Positive, collaborative attitude and genuine enthusiasm for our brand
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
- Flexibility to adjust to seasonal demand fluctuations
Position Details
