Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Upsell products and promote special offers or promotions
Experience:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process
- Knowledge of electronic sales or technical sales is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Experience in jewelry sales is an advantage, but not required
