Seasonal A La Carte Server

Shoreby Club is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Seasonal A La Carte Servers. We are a private club dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming “home away from home” experience for our members and guests.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while delivering elevated dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service to members and guests
- Maintain extensive knowledge of menus, specials, wine, cocktails, and club offerings
- Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared throughout service
- Deliver exceptional hospitality with a positive and friendly attitude
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow club service standards and cleanliness expectations
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season
