Looking for an Unarmed Security Officer.
We currently have Swing shift's open: - Thursday - Saturday 4pm - 10:30pm.

Starting pay is $18an hour with chance of raise after 90 days.
We are looking for a professional security officer to protect our clients premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.
Certified Protective Detail is not your average security company. CPD does things VERY DIFFERENT. CPD officers will be trained on all equipment, this includes Handcuff, Baton, Oc Spray, Taser, Tac flash lighting, and much more.
Responsibilities
- Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
- An extremely high-level of customer service skills are needed.
- Routine walking IS REQUIRED.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of residents, visitors, and other persons, in order to maintain security of the entirety of the building.
- Knowledgeable about residential and/or commercial rules, and effectively answer inquiries specific to the property.
- Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
- Effectively understand and utilize technology products such as a smartphone, computer, tablet, etc.
- Ability to prepare reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Spelling and grammar skills are essential.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current Arizona Security Guard License
- Current Facility Agent card
- At least 1 year of experience as security guard preferred, but not required.
- Must be at least age 18.
- Must be able to pass an in-depth criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening. (This is a zero tolerance work environment).
- Good communication skills
- MUST HAVE A GOOD WORKING CELL PHONE
- Must download GroupMe, Zello (walkie-talkie) These apps are a major part of your job duty.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Must be comfortable carrying a body worn camera
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to effectively speak, read, and write English.
- Ability to pass an English composition assessment upon request (This ensures the ability to utilize proper grammar & spelling for report writing).
