Real Estate Commission Payment Specialist (Internally called a Processing Specialist)

We’re looking for an Real Estate Commission Payment Specialist who thrives on accuracy, loves a well-balanced spreadsheet, and gets real satisfaction from getting the details exactly right.

Job Duties:
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Processing Manager, other processing specialists, and our leads specialist to help bring real estate transactions across the finish line. You’ll be a key player in ensuring agents are paid accurately and on time — and trust us, they’ll love you for it.
- Process agent commission payments via check or ACH
- Close out real estate transactions with precision and efficiency
- Calculate and disburse “paid at closing” files to title/escrow companies
- Generate key reports (like our Closing Day Report)
- Handle Broker Price Opinion (BPO), home warranty, and miscellaneous payments (refunds, reimbursements, etc.)
- Maintain agent profiles, commission splits, and billing details in our accounting system
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving bank reconciliation discrepancies
- Process cancellations and earnest money releases
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
