We're looking for professional Cargo Van Owner-Operators who take pride in their business, communicate well, and understand that reliability creates opportunity. Responsibilities
- Safely operate and or manage your personal cargo van to pick up and deliver freight across designated lanes
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and traffic laws during all driving activities
- Manage route driving efficiently using mobile devices and apps for navigation and delivery tracking
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients upon delivery and addressing any concerns
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Assist with loading and unloading only when nessecary
Vehicle & Equipment Requirements
- Model Year: Truck must be 2016 or newer (no vehicles older than 2016 are permitted).
- Cargo Van Minimum Dimensions: Interior cargo space must be at least 96" (length) × 48" (width) × 44" (height).
- Vehicle Condition & Appearance:
- All stickers, decals, logos, and pictures must be removed from the vehicle (clean exterior required).
- All windows in the cargo area must be fully covered from the inside (no visibility into cargo space).
- Ownership: No rental vehicles allowed, vehicle must be owned by the owner-operator.
- Required Equipment:
- At least 2 straps (ratchet straps or equivalent) for secure load tying.
- Full set of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): helmet, safety vest, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and gloves (photos required during onboarding).
