Job Description
The Parts Inventory Specialists is responsible for accurately and efficiently maintain the company’s inventory database of used auto parts.

Enter new and used auto parts into the inventory database

Update existing parts information in the database as needed

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the system

Perform regular audits of the database to identify and correct any errors

Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information to complete data entry tasks

Respond to customer inquiries regarding inventory availability

Perform other related duties as assigned

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to navigate inventory management systems

Ability to follow safety guidelines and regulations

Ability to stand for long periods of time

High School Diploma or Equivalent

12 years of experience in parts sales and/or data entry
-
Experience in the automotive industry
